Hiking: Mt. Tennant to Honeyseckle Campground

It was a 2 days trip. Scott and I started to walk from Outward Bound Australia National Base at 8:34 am on a nice Saturday.

We took 2 hours to get to the Bushford Flats, a great open spot between Mt tenant and others differents mounts . From Bushford Flats to the Boorumba Rocks it was more easy 6 km trekking. Boorumba Rocks is one of the best climbing spot in A.C.T., to get to its summit we dropped our backpacks behind the tree and hiked easy to the top. Oww!! Beautiful Views from up there.

After 1 hour relaxing in the top of Boorumba Rocks we followed the Australian Alps Track to Honeyseckle Campground. Down there, we've had Brucheta for dinner (warming in a barbecue) and set up our worst bivy we've set up in our lives.

After a terrible night with alot of fox, it took just 3 hours to back to the Tennant's saddle. Up there my mate Scott had a brillant idea to hike to the summit ok F.... Tenant, was hard but we had a awsome vistas from the top.

The end of this trip happened inside of a McDonalds shop in town, large meal with 2 sandwiches.
